Privacy Notice

Last updated: 17 June 2026

This notice explains how in2 collect (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you contact us or request early access through this website. We are the data controller for the information you provide here.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, phone number and email address, and the fact and time of your enquiry. Our hosting provider may also log standard technical data (such as IP address) for security and to operate the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to deliver the site and handle form submissions (for example, our website host). These providers process data on our behalf under contract, and may store it in the UK, the EU or the US under appropriate safeguards. We only share your details with them for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to run our early-access programme, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at l.seaman@in2collect.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your data for early-access enquiries. As the product launches we’ll publish a fuller privacy policy covering the in2 collect application itself.
